Co-op Programs

Our Co-op program allows you to work for AstraZeneca while earning college credit. We partner with five universities – Drexel, Penn State, Michigan State, Northeastern and Wentworth Institute of Technology. For six months, you’ll do real, meaningful work at AstraZeneca while earning college credit. Co-ops are primarily an undergrad opportunity, with some exceptions for graduate work. Co-op students participate in several areas (for example, finance), but the main focus is in Operations, Supply Chain and engineering. Co-op students work in our locations in Newark, DE, Westborough, MA, Waltham, MA and Wilmington, DE. Many schools require Co-op participation in order to earn degrees in certain programs. Entering into a Co-op with AstraZeneca will give you invaluable experience as you’re fully immersed in the daily workload and assigned to ongoing, real life work. Opening doors, gaining experience and building networks aren’t the only benefits of a Co-op. You’ll also have access to developmental opportunities such as career snapshots (where you’ll observe different parts of our business), leadership breakfasts, and any AZU training you wish to participate in.
